Rarewell aims to pack products in the best way and deliver them quickly and safely. Your orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days after receiving payment approval. Shipping time may vary depending on your delivery address. deliveries across Turkey are made by our contracted cargo companies.

What to pay attention during delivery:

  • Check out the outside of your package during delivery. In case of any damage, please ask you to keep the cargo from the authorized.
  • Make sure your address is accurate and complete. Rarewell is not responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect address information.
  • If you do not receive your order, you can check the status by contacting the courier company.

Return Terms

As Rarewell, we keep customer satisfaction in the forefront. If you experience any unsatisfiedness about the product you receive, you can perform a refund within the following conditions:

  1. Return Time: You can request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
  2. Return Terms: The product to be returned is not used, in the original packaging and the labels have not been damaged.
  3. Return Fee: Return process will be met by Rarewell if the product is incorrect or incorrectly sent. In other return cases, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
  4. Return Process: You can send your return request to our customer service and start the return process. The product must reach us within 7 working days after receiving the return confirmation.
  5. Returned Products: After the review of returned products, the conformity of the product will be approved and paid.
